What we collect

When you use Decode My Lease, we process the tenancy agreement text you provide in order to generate your decode report. We also collect your email address if you make a purchase, for the purpose of delivering your report and purchase confirmation.

How we use your data

Your tenancy agreement text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We store a record of your decode report so you can access it later. We do not retain the raw tenancy agreement text after processing. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the service (payment processing via Paddle, email delivery via Resend).

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment data including card details. We never see or store your payment card information. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies & analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site. This collects anonymous usage data and does not use cookies for tracking. No advertising trackers are used.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@decodemylease.com. We will delete your decode reports and any associated personal data within 30 days of your request.
